jep, talked to the boss and she wasn't happy about it but what can she really do? i promised i would get things done until i leave and told her how important it was for me and C. so now i just have to book. called the travel agency e. works for and it turns out that -- even after me asking twice if the 269 euro includes taxes and fees and her confirming that it does -- the price really is close to 400 euro. so now i checked back with the deal i had found myself before on klm.com and it's 359 euro. i'm still gonna do it. i don't care. the thing is just that i'm not sure if i should leave on the 12th or 13th now. i'd get to chicago at 12.35 p.m. and that'd mean C will only have a couple hours of sleep until he has to come and pick me up. also, i thought about having a little get-together with my friends for my b-day on the 11th and the flight would leave here at 6.55 a.m. so i wouldn't really be able to enjoy that relaxed. so bottom line: i am gonna go (JAY!) but i don't know exactly when and for how much yet. also, i had a headache again all day yesterday and today and a lot of crap to think about as i found out stuff about my mom that i didn't know before and really didn't need to know as it brings everything back i don't need to deal with (again) and i'm just yuck! today. more tomorrow and i'll keep you up to date about what's happening..

i just booked! i'm leaving on saturday, february 12th. C said he'll be fine with about four hours of sleep and that way we'd have one more night together. *sigh* that's my babe. and we'll just stay in chicago that night anyway so he won't have to do the drive again and we can check right in and take a nap ;o).. now, it's countdown-time (JAY!) and also busting-my-ass-at-work-time (not JAY). might not have a lot of time to update, guys. but i hope you understand.. headache's better but i'll still go to bed now.
