i don't plan on getting really political here. everyone who knows me, knows that i'm not a very political person. but i just have to say that the results of the election in the US so far shock me. seriously. call me naiv, but i just didn't think people over there would vote for bush again. which they probably didn't, either. and i can't believe that even after the desaster of the 2000-election the gouvernment hasn't changed the voting-system already. but then again, why would they? i mean, that's how bush got to be president in the first place... if it'd really been democratic = every vote counts, we all know who would have won in 2000. but i can't believe chances are that something like that is gonna happen again.. still crossing my fingers hoping for ohio.
i have "family" there, too...other than that: i'm still stressed at work. since betti has off due to her upcoming finals, i end up having to do her jobs on top of mine. meaning: i really don't even have time for this. but... i wanted to tell you that i can't wait to see my babe, it's raining in bremen, i won't be able to pick up the party-pics before tomorrow night and i don't know if i'll have time to post 'em on friday and i hope kerry wins. that's all. have a good day and take care everyone..
