paint-update
we got done painting the whole place last night! i have such awesome friends. maren, antje and i did the livingroom (it was green!!) on wednesday while most everyone else was at the soccer-game. we listened to it on the radio, which is actually pretty exciting and different than watching it on TV because you have to imagine all the plays and stuff. that fun funny 'cause our team's colours are green & white and we painted the green room white ;o) oh ja, and we won 3:2 ...

then i left work early yesterday and started painting around 4 p.m. i got the bathroom done by the time maren got home. i took her car to get something to drink and "chew on" for all the helpers - also i got some more paint. we ended up being 7 people and it all went great. we were done around 10 or so. after i went over with betti to borrow marc's drill and a few other tool (me = girl = not many tools) i picked up the place a little bit and went back downstairs after 11 p.m. - pretty tired i have to say. so i spontaneously took today off ;o) i just got up, took a shower, made some coffee and thought i'd update you guys ;o)

now i'm gonna clean upstairs and then start to move and put up the light and easy stuff. marco and nina are gonna help me in the afternoon. i'm gonna go to IKEA one more time with dana tomorrow to buy a few small things and i think i'm gonna get quite some moving and moving-in done until tomorrow night. so hopefully on sunday we will have only the heavy things left and the kitchen to set up. i just found a really great deal for this table on bremen.de - a girl sells it for 25 euro and i SO hope to get it. so you know guys - crossing fingers it is ;o)
