weak-end
this weekend was pretty weak. well, friday night i actually finished my two new paintings by over-painting the shitty ones. thinkin' of da vinci the whole time and how he painted over mona lisa three times (thanks for the info, sanna ;o)) and i only did it twice. weeh! and they turned out all colourful and pretty. so that was my friday. i actually talked to babe twice because i was up long enough to catch him on his break and then i slept in on saturday. i was laazy. lukas came around five and i even took him grocery-shopping 'cause i was too laazy to do it before he came. good for him though - that way he got to pick what he wanted for dinner. i mean it was more like "what do you think about rice and vegetables?" and he didn't say no to it. he's really easy that way. then he got his favorite yoghurt and an apple for breakfast (one healthy kid) and i had bought animal-shaped cookies already (even those were kinda wheat and healthy and i ended up eating most of them). we played for a while after dinner and then we watched "steward little". what a .... movie. not that impressed with talking animals. oh well. good thing was that it got so late he went to sleep right away and didn't wake me up until nine in the morning. yay - my sunday.

and then we painted. i had one canvas left and let him paint with the acrylic-paint. he did a sun, a house, a huge flower (as big as the house) and a tree (as big as the flower) and a cloud and a bird (silver) and grass. pretty painting and his mom loved it. we even put fruit on the tree by sticking little beads to it while the paint was still wet. we're some artists. maybe i should get it back and try and sell it on ebay..

after they had left i cleaned the house a got myself two movies to watch. i started out with "love actually". cute. nice. okay. not overly impressed, but nice entertainment. i had to think about how chris would have left the livingroom to do something different after just 10 minutes if i'd gotten this movie with him. he would have hated it ;o) now after so much love and romance i had to get out of the house for a little bit. and the deal with the movies is that if you take it back the same day you save 50% which is 1,25 euro. so i took my bike and went there again. exercise and saving money at the same time! yay! and then on the way back i stopped at burger king and got myself a chocolate-shake for 1,75 euro. so much for exercise and saving money..

my second movie was "monster's ball". and i have to say: awesome! highly recommended. i know halle berry got an oscar for her role, but did billy bob as well? he would have deserved it. great movie. go get it and watch it. and hey, it has p. diddy in it, too. and he's not even playing all that bad. awesome film. seriously.

then chris woke me up at two in the morning which was nice and we talked for a while and that was my weak-end. today's monday so it's all over now.

oh and guess what - it's not raining (right now). might even go walk tonight. life isn't so bad after all..
