but then i kinda got carried away and started thinking that it'd just be cool to have a couple of DVDs because that way i can watch my favorite movies in english any time i want. so i got ocean's eleven, sleepers, spy game & ghost within the last few days. all for a bargain (under 9 euro incl. shipping a piece) but i have to seriously stop now! although - i would just love to own fight club, but that's rated R so they don't sell it here on amazon in germany or even on ebay.. and i can't order it from amazon.com because that would be region 1 which doesn't work here. at least not on my DVD-player. so i'll have to live with not having that movie i suppose. which is fine and no drama. besides, there's enough drama in my life as it is.

now, we have off on monday just like in the states. here it's pfingsten and not memorial day though. which doesn't really make a difference i suppose. a day off is a day off ;o) now that i'm not going to berlin or to duesseldorf (because pia's parents "grabbed" the long weekend to go) i'll take it easy. i plan on cleaning the apartment really good (including shelves, windows and that kinda stuff), but who of you cares about that. and then there's a fair - "die breminale" going on here so we're probably gonna check that out tonight. and tomorrow night is the bick soccer-final in berlin for the DFB-pokal. so hopefully we're gonna win. but after the last couple of games and the partying over the last few weeks for the team, i'm not sure we will. especially since that trophy has something about it where during the whole season unexpected things happen. like great teams get their asses kicked by really low or even 2nd league teams and stuff.. so we'll see. but i've got nothing super-exciting planned. what about you?
