anyway ... i went to the gym last night and did 65 minutes on this spin-stepper-thing and burnet close to 780 calories! afterwards nina and i went into the sauna and relaxed. i was so tired when i got home that i went to bed at 10:30 or so ... but it feels good to be back at the gym and be active!

tonight after work (meaning pretty much 30 minutes from now) i will meet michi in the city (and i plan on being good and spending NO money!) and we're gonna go see »sweet home alabama (OV)« in the cheap theatre at eight. more news??? well, i checked on flights again today during my luch break and it looks like i might be able to find something for under 500 euro in june. i plan on visiting chris for only ten days now since that's all he can probably get off and then maybe, maybe go to the cabin at mille lacs in MN where we went twice while i was there in '98. unfortunately i haven't talked to jason, who's cabin that was, since 1998 :o( but he's still in touch with steffi & colman and i hope we can work something out! it's BEAUTIFUL up there. i wish it'll work! now i hope i can book my flight within the next couple of days - we just need an okay from chris' boss - and then try and get in touch with jason in st. paul ...
