i had a nice weekend with luk. he stayed with me on saturday. we went to run a few errands and then to the playground to play soccer. later on we got dinner at burger king and "beauty and the beast" on dvd. after dinner he took a bath and we watched the movie and when i put him to bed around 9 p.m. he was so tired that he fell asleep right away ... unfortunately he was up by 8 in the morning which - on the weekend - is like in the middle of the night ... well, i made apple-pancakes for breakfast, maren joined us and then we went back to the playground to play more soccer (i'm getting pretty good now ...) and i took him back to my sister's around noon. he's such a lovely kid! so smart and easy going ... but, i'm definetely not ready to have kids any time soon. it's great that i can borrow one every once in a while and then give it back ... :o) i'm telling you, watching kids on a regular basis is like the best birth-control ever!

now - we had another wedding-plan-meeting last night again. less than four weeks to go and there's still so much to do ... i hope the gift i'm planning is gonna turn out the way i want it! can't make my idea public yet though - obviously ... but we'll work everything out and i hope it'll be one of the most perfect and special weddings ever! and i still didn't give up hoping that chris is gonna make it ...
