my b-day-party was on saturday. it was fun! first of all on friday i went to buy the beer for the party with michi and we talked for a while after we got back to my place. then just around 6:45 she told me she had to go because her mom was gonna have dinner ready at 7. and that was okay. i mean i really didn't plan anything and i was tired from the wiwi-jura-party anyways. but about ten minutes after she left the doorbell rang and there they were: dana, knut, michi and lukas ;o) and you know what they got me - crazy folks - a dvd player! yehaa! we hooked it up right away and i already LOVE IT! olli, my colleague, gave me copies of the end of the 8th and half the 9th season of "friends"! in english!!! so i watched friends pretty much all day yesterday! it was great!

and the party was fun, too. we were around 25 people and i had a good time. my friends gave me money so i could get a dvd-player - but i probably won't get one with that money now ;o) and we called chris around three in the morning to let him be part of the party and because thomas and i had just been talking about him ... so they talked for a while. but i still wish he was here! especially for his b-day on friday! i know he doesn't exactly look forward to being there for his big day! but i'm kinda optimistic about him coming for the wedding. i found a great deal on a round trip from detroit to amsterdam for only 333$!! non-stop! in the middle of march. so i hope he can come for that!

and now i'm back at work ... but the next weekend is coming!!!!
