friday - that's usually a good day. and it is today! yesterday was a holiday here in germany celebrating the unity after the berlin wall fell and germany became one country again. for us that basically means a day off of work, school, university ... so i went to payton's with a bunch of friends wednesday night and we had cocktails. and yesterday i just slept late, did the dishes and some laundry and put pictures in albums. that can be a life-long-mission. i got to new year's 2000/2001 and there's still a lot to do. but it's so much more fun to look at pictures when you don't have hundrets of bags to go through ... so it's worth it. and a fall-day like yesterday is just perfect for that kind of task!

well, today work-life got me again. but it's okay. we're pretty good in our schedule for the catalogue so it should be ready to be sent to the printer's next friday.

and tonight miriam from hamburg is gonna come here to see me. really last-minute that decision. but i took off in the tanning-place and will go shopping with her tomorrow instead. and get a haircut! i finally made the decision that i'm not a long-hair kind of person and i won't make it through that bad time with middle-long-no-haircut-hair anyways. so i'll just have it cut again! and i feel good about it ever since i made that decision (wednesday night in front of my mirror ...). so, isn't that a nice trade. i won't make any money this weekend i will spend some instead! i love being spontaneous ...

well, i should really get back to work now. nice weekend everybody! ;o)
