i know i haven't been here for a while. but the last couple of days were pretty difficult because my mom died on september 15th ...

after finding out we had to start organizing the service and all the rest of it. we tried to tell as many friends as possible within the first two days so they wouldn't have to find out in the paper. the service was on monday and it was really nice. i'm not kidding, it was a really nice service. we had sun- and other fall-flowers (colourful), a lot of candles (everybody who came lit one and put it in front of the casket - so we had around 80-90 candles lit), there was no organ-music but music from cds she would have liked, too and we didn't have a pastor speaking but a couple of good friends and colleagues who read something or just told stories ... at the end everybody got to draw an angel-card from a bowl with one word written on it mine says "live ethically" - whatever that's supposed to mean ...

anyways, it was such a nice and good way to say goodbye that i'm really doing pretty good now. and i have such great friends and family (i mean what's left over which is my brother and my sister ...) who are always there for me and make me get through this really good. i just miss chris even more these days ... but i bought my ticket on tuesday and i will go and see him on december 15th for three weeks ... i can't wait! before that i will have to get through my finals and then i will be free to go nd party!!!

we'll i just wanted to update everybody about what happened.
